In 2026, the Great Place to Work® institute once again awarded Sirmax the Great Place to Work® certification for all its Italian plants (Cittadella-Padua, Tombolo-Padua, San Vito al Tagliamento-Pordenone, Pianiga-Venice, Salsomaggiore Terme-Parma, Isola Vicentina-Vicenza) and its Polish (2 in Kutno-Łódź) and American (2 in Anderson-Indiana) plants.
Since 2023, the company has taken systematic steps to improve working conditions, obtaining Great Place to Work® certification year after year. Added to this achievement is the title of Best Workplace for Blue Collar®, obtained for two years, which has further strengthened the quality of the corporate atmosphere and the attention devoted to employees in the production departments.
For Sirmax, this is the sixth award in four years, if we add up the certificates for the plants and those for manual workers, confirming its commitment to creating a stimulating environment and a positive culture, focused on the well-being and continuous improvement of all its employees.

The Great Place to Work® Institute assesses the quality of organisations' working environments through a process that begins with an anonymous survey of all employees. The questionnaire, administered via a digital platform, analyses aspects such as leadership, management accessibility, inclusion and absence of discrimination, based on five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, belonging and team spirit.
Among the best results from the survey administered to Sirmax employees and collaborators are:

Sirmax offers training, social projects, growth paths and supports sustainability initiatives.
Among the initiatives undertaken by Sirmax is Empowerment New Gen, a project that involved young employees belonging to Generation Z (which includes people born between the mid-1990s and 2010) and company executives in an open and constructive dialogue to understand the needs of Generation Z at Sirmax and propose an internal development plan agreed with the company's management.
