Business Analyst

The Business Analyst manage and reinforce the actual market intelligence structure of the Group. He/She deals with the identification of the market trends and analysis of the competitive environment, in order to support the Management in the definition of the marketing and innovation strategy.

 

Main activities:

  • Analysis and elaboration of market data;
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape and identifying market trends by conducting research and analysis related to specific sectors, product lines and geographical areas of interest;
  • Translating the information gathered into potential business impact to help define competitive strategies and assess the attractiveness of new products under study;
  • Preparation of business presentations for management and the various company stakeholders, as well as supporting conferences and corporate events;
  • Managing the customer database (segmentation and analysis of the customer base, identification of appropriate KPIs, support for the definition and development of CRM strategies).

Requirements of the position:

  • Master's degree in economic/scientific subjects
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (in particular Excel and Power Point)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level, written and spoken)
  • Preferential: knowledge of business intelligence software (Qlik and Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau)

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills for the interpretation, processing, and synthesis of trends from heterogeneous sources
  • Good communication skills and predisposition to work with different parties inside and outside the company
  • Ability to meet deadlines and organize work
  • Adaptability and flexibility skills
