ICT System Technician
The ICT System Technician monitors and manages the IT infrastructure (hardware, telephones, printers, networking and softwares). He/she solve issues or implement new functionalities.
Main activities:
- Ensures system functionality through continuous monitoring;
- Guarantees the internal and external security of information systems through continuous monitoring of the infrastructure and by observing the application of company policies on ICT matters. It assigns maximum priority to all actions necessary to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data contained in the information systems;
- Schedule, verify and ensure continuity of backups of corporate systems;
- Supports system maintenance and innovation activities;
- Provides first and second level help desk service;
- Collaborates with the supplier on the implementation of new projects;
- Interacts with all functional areas to resolve issues and evaluate new developments.
Requirements of the position:
- High School Diploma in information technology or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (in particular Excel and Power Point)
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level, written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of the ICT tools
