Junior R&D Developer
The R&D Jr. Developer is responsible for research and development projects focused on polypropylene compounds. In this position, the R&D Jr. Developer will lead pilot - level extrusion trials, perform specific laboratory analysis, and analyze results. In addition, the Jr. Developer will prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate research findings.
Main Activities:
- Develop new formulations that meet customer requirements;
- Modify and refine existing formulation;
- Meet color requirements;
- Perform pilot – level compounding trials of new raw materials;
- Testing and analysis;
- Interface with stakeholders: lab, product manager, sales.
Requirements of the position:
- BS or MS in Chemistry, Polymer science, Chemical and Materials engineering or related education
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of Material science fundamentals
