Stage Customer Service - German speaker

The Customer Service supports the sales and product department through the processing of customer orders from arrival to execution, in accordance with general sales terms and conditions, price lists, and special instructions given by sales management.


Main activities:

  • Supports sales department in relationships with current and/or new customers;
  • Inserts sales orders into the management system and submits them according to business agreements;
  • Manages customer order from the moment of arrival to its complete execution;
  • Supports the delivery logistics planning to customers;
  • Reports any deviations from the credit line allowed to the Commercial Management and the credit office;
  • Supports the administration office in collecting payment information.

Requirements of the position:

  • Master's Degree in Languages or Communication
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills
  • Excellent written and oral German language skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
