Sirmax invests in professional development, giving its people the opportunity to improve their skills in all areas of work.

Sirmax Group works with universities. We offer internships and take part in projects with university students.

We welcome students who are in the process of graduating. Every year we give one student the opportunity to finish their studies and write their dissertation while working within the group.

We finance one scholarship each year.

We believe in work experience, and we work with high schools and technical colleges (Italian ITS’s), offering students practical experiences in our company – including its international branches.

We offer workplace shadowing programs, internal and external technical, language, and IT courses, as well as the opportunity to develop soft skills.
